Kids are grouped according to age: Kindergarten through 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade through 5th Grade, and Middle Schoolers (6th to 8th Grade).
The program starts at 4:00 pm and provides supervised freetime for kids of all ages.
It's a great opportunity for children to unwind and engage in various activities.
The curriculum used for teaching is the Go! Curriculum, which provides interactive and hands-on lessons.
The focus is on helping kids understand God's Big Story.
Children participate in a wide range of activities, including service projects, art projects, and exciting games.
The goal is to foster growth and development while having fun together.
A full meal is provided each night for the children.
Accommodations can be made for kids with food allergies. It's important to inform the organizers about any dietary restrictions.
The evening concludes with a worship session that combines live music from a band and videos.
The aim is to celebrate and reflect on God's glory and attributes.
The GCC van returns to Erie Elementary at 7:00 pm.
Students of Erie Elementary can coordinate with the school to use the school bus to Galesburg, which drops off at the Galesburg Christian Church Parking Lot. Contact 620-244-5161 for more details.
